The main objective of the webinar is understand that strategic planning is an exercise that happens on various levels in a company.From planning tactical goals to planning lofty vision and mission – each level has it values and purpose.  If we consider a strategy being a goal and plan to reach that goal (in a general sense) the plans must be prepared from both detailed and more general perspective.
