Director of Corporate Human Resources, the Leng d'Or Group
Ana Queralt is a multisector Human Resources Director, with solid background in both the Labor Relations and the Talent Development aspects of the Organization, with a strong strategic focus on the role. She has more than 15 years of experience in complex multinational environments, contributing to the business strategy and decision-making processes of the Steering Committee and the Board of Directors.
Currently, Ana is Director of Corporate Human Resources, the Leng d'Or Group with responsibility for all the Group's production plants.
Since 2005, she has been Director of Human Resources for Spain and Portugal in the American multinational Black & Decker and later in Stanley Black & Decker, leading the Iberian integration process during the merger with the companies of the Stanley group.
Previously, between 2000 and 2005, she worked for the pharmaceutical multinational Sanofi-Synthèlabo (currently Sanofi) as Head of Selection and Development and as Head of Human Resources in the Commercial Area, participating in the purchase of Aventis.
She began her career in Human Resources as Senior Consultant at the North American company DBM (Drake, Beam & Morin).
In 2013, she was awarded by the European Star Award for her special demonstration of corporate values, the “Respect, during the merger and restructuring process at Stanley Black & Decker.”
After graduating of Psychology at the University of Barcelona and performing the PhD, she was for several years researcher and assistant professor of Psychology of the PhD program.
She later completed a postgraduate training in Human Resources and an Executive Education program at the IESE Business School (University of Navarra) on Human Resources Strategy.
Ana continues to maintain her relationship with the academic life as a professor of Human Resource Strategy in the program of Master in Human Resource Management at the University of Lleida.
As a tutor, her objective is to guide the students in their learning and provide them the vision of the application of theory in the professional practice acquired throughout her experience in different multinationals, always under an ethical and humanistic approach and in an interactive way. She is comfortable with creative, analytical, pragmatic, results-oriented students and people who are able to work independently and interactively.
