Marketa Hinkova

Associate Professor of HR Management

 

Marketa Hinkova works as a business Executive in a company Motherboard - Consulting for Management and Business Excellence Ltd. The company focuses on the professional development of managers and companies. It implements projects in the mediation of the top teams for start - up, restructuring and other projects in different market segments, as well as in personal development, management training, development companies.

 

Marketa was active for 6 years at MC TRITON consulting company, where she was the Management Director of TRITON Hunters within the company MC TRITON - here she was part of the top management. Marketa was active in direct search of managers and leading franchisee specialists, in the field of interim management, outplacement, HR diagnostics, development and business consulting. She has implemented the project of construction, expansion and improving business performance, including distribution networks. She followed the project of search for franchisees - business partners for the unique distribution - banking franchise UniCredit Bank – it was the first project of its kind in the Czech Republic.

Marketa Hinkova has previous experience in business consulting, training and development. As a Senior Consultant she was responsible for tenders including staffing diagnosis and management audits.

In the sphere of business she has dealt mainly with training, development of potential and personnel audit. Marketa has provided services of individual psychotherapy, personal development and coaching.

She has acquired her professional experience by studying in British personnel consultancies and international companies. Significant professional and life experience for her was a long stay in Asia.

She studied psychology at Charles University in Prague and received a doctoral degree there. Subsequently Marketa completed successfully a five-year intensive experiential training in group of analytic psychotherapy.

As a teacher she appreciates real motivation and enthusiasm to work actively for one's development, promotes entrepreneurship, open communication and independence.

Her goal is to give students by her coaching the experience in their field of business, psychology and counselling, to convince them about the meaning and effects of the synergistic approach to tackling challenges and motivate students to their further development.
