Since 2007 and 2015, he is the Founder and CEO of two companies applying precise strategic and executive orientation techniques when in organizational domains. And delivering superior financial, consulting and administration on the job requires utilization of effective communication and negotiation skills, as well as management and technological strategies, systems analysis, project and budget evaluation to support efficiency and maximum returns.
From 2012 until 2013, he worked at Seain (Spain) as a Financial Manager where the main responsibilities were, Business Plan development for the restructuring and bank negotiation for refinancing the debt of national companies, Controlling of some regional companies, Review of Viability Plans for ADER (La Rioja Economic Development Agency), Due Diligence of acquisition operations. Management audit and re-structure project. Enterprise re-organisation: Mergers and shares changing.
From 2009 until 2011, he worked for Bankia Bank (Spain) as Supervisor specialist. Reviewed all operations of the company’s departments and also decided on technical and functional actions to be taken. Internal control for all areas, including management control reports, IT controls, internal auditing and audit committee.
For 3 years and a half (2006-2009) he worked for PriceWaterhouse&Coopers in Madrid, Spain, where the main duties and responsibilities among others were: Planned, managed and monitored total review of teams made up of several people (up to 15 people), reporting the situation and technical aspects, as a team leader, to the Partner/Director/Manager. As an experienced Senior Auditor, I audited listed clients (IBEX 35). Drew up commercial proposals, support in Budget and approach of the work as well as negotiation of fees with clients. Managed projects, financial reports, corporate finance, assessment reports and conversion to IAS/ IFRS. Secured, reviewed and analysed annual Accounts and financial reporting. Managed major business groups of the service industry such as Grupo Avanza, Inmocaral, Tragsa, and Metrovacesa..., among others. Coordinated teams and programs including conferences, seminars, and client appreciation events to assist investment advisors in solidifying relationship with clients and target companies.
Before In 2004 until 2006 he was working for Carrefour Spain as Team Assistant manager in Management Control where the most important Duties and Responsibilities were: Management Control and Logistics, besides the coordination of the Call Centre. Head of logistics and management of the different online payment systems. Duplication of efficiency ratios, decrease in staff turnover and active participation in increasing the online turnover. Restructured vendor payment instruments, recognizing cost savings from goods from good procurements. Cultivated positive and enduring relationship with customers.
After completing 5 years BA degree At San Pablo-CEU University of Madrid, he decided to complete a Finance and stock exchange Management program at the same University. In addition, meanwhile he was working for Bankia Bank he coursed his MBA program at the ICADE Business School in Madrid.
As a Professor he prefers an interactive approach where he encourages the student to think about how interconnected the management is and how much it is related with the personal financial life. He prefers to guide students with a more hands on and pragmatic approach so they gain the proper experience and knowledge in order to immediately apply not only in their academic area of study, but also their personal lives.
