Zuzana Stehlikova consults with her clients all processes oriented on job performance and return on investments in human capital.
Till 2004, she was active in recruitment and outplacement; later in 2009, she co-operated in the establishment of the HR Department for the commercial service of the company ING Life Insurance, where she implemented a unified system of recruitment and performance management including remuneration schemes.
Later she worked as a consultant and a project manager in HR projects for business companies and organizations in public administration. In her career she worked under the aegis of the Generali in raising of the performance of service compartment; under the aegis of the AAA Auto as a recruitment manager for the CR/SR/RF/HU; for the company OVB in monitoring and “on the job training” of communication, recruitment and managerial skills. Thanks to these and many other projects she gained experience in the formation of personal, recruitment and development strategy with great emphasis on HR controlling and return on investment to human capital.
She completed her postgraduate studies at The Robert Gordon University in the HR management. She continues in further development in the field of leadership, lecturing and coaching skills, social psychology and tendencies in the management of job performance and development of employee potential.
Her lecturing aim is to direct her students to seek possible alternative solutions and to fulfill their potential.
